Classical Vinyasa is the OG fusion of Ashtanga & Iyengar stemming from the Krishnamacharya lineage. We will work incrementally toward a specific pose holding space for you to take it at your own pace; class will conclude with pranayama (breathing) & meditation.

I’m aware that this is a lot of fancy words to satisfy the yoga geeks like myself in the world and you’re probably wondering what the hell it means. Essentially, we’ll pay attention to alignment and go as far as is appropriate for our own body/needs while moving at a steady pace…..but we’re going to work and focus.

All levels of students are welcome to practice. If you’re a seasoned student, this will be right up your alley. If you’ve never done yoga and want to…you’ll need to start somewhere.
