There are two different types of yoga practice: sādhana which is the formal practice that we do on our mat and cushion, and abhyāsa which is the practice of living your yoga.
The yamas & niyamas are the practices addressing our character and how we show up in our life and relationships.
I invite you to join me for this overview and discussion on the yamas & niyamas and how to apply these ethical guidelines in our day-to-day living.
