Afternoon Meditations

Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1:00pm – 1:30pm for gentle stretching, seated meditation, and a few minutes for questions.


Join me Monday and Wednesday afternoons at 1:00 pm for a 30-minute meditation.

We’ll begin each session with 5 -10 minutes of yoga stretching, move into a seated meditation practice, and conclude with a few minutes for open ended questions or discussion.

These are complimentary sessions and will be held over Instagram Live.
